Singer Sinead O'Connor Returns Safe After Reported Missing

Singer Sinead O'Connor was found safe after Chicago police began the search for her. Sinead failed to return from an early morning bike she took on May 15 in the suburb of Wilmette. Police issued an alert of 'missing suicidal' after she took off in a motorised Raleigh brandy bicycle outfitted with pink basket.

According to TMZ, the  reason for the alert was because Sinead had been suicidal in the past and she also left a strange message for her son on Facebook on May 15 before taking the ride.

Citizens Block Paved Road Claiming Road Bumps

Citizens of Sombetini ward in Arusha city blocked paved road yesterday claiming road bumps due to regular accidents. This incident created a huge traffic jam because cars couldn't pass untill when political leaders of the respective place and police force arrived in the scene.

Speaking to the leaders, citizens said they are fed up of regular accidents happening on the road just because the road has no bumps or any road marks to direct drivers. Many pedestrian have been hit and died on that road.

Government Capable of Funding Phase Three of Rural Power Program- Professor Muhongo

Energy and Minerals minister Prof Sospeter Muhongo has maintained that the government is capable of funding the third phase of the Rural Energy Agency (REA) plan despite a decision by the U.S. government to withdraw its support through the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) programme. 

The minister told the National Assembly here yesterday that only one third of the MCC funding was channeled to electricity projects around the country. He also insisted that MCC funds were not entirely meant to fund  electricity projects, saying the partinership covered other areas such as water and road projects.

Tips For Lossing Weight Healthily

Helo TuPeB readers, how are you doing? It's another beautiful Sunday another day for our tips for losing weight healthly; let's proceed:

First; do things like fetching, turning things off and on by yourself. Often when we come back tired from work, we tend to get others to do simple chores for us. These things are no big deal, they are things that we can very well do for our selves but we don't.

That is why we often ask our kids to fetch us this or take that away.  Training your pet is a wonderful thing indeed. It is quite remarkable how some people get their dogs to fetch them something. But the fact is that while you may be making sure that your dog is getting a lot of exercises, you are neglecting your bit of the story.

Secondly; here is a pop quiz. Escalators help us to do a number of things such as:

• Move up and down faster
• Gain weight
• Stand stupidily as they move up and down 
• Look down at other people when you are going down
• Look up to others when we are going up

You have to pick the correct answer from the 5 alternatives given. You can see for yourself that all options are in a way correct. So the next time you travel on escalator, don't just stand there...climb up or down along with it, or better yet, take the stairs and give your muscles and whole body some exercise.

Thirdly; during commercial break walk about. If you want to sit all evening with your eyes glued to the tube then do so. But at least spare your eyes the agony of commercial break. When the next commercial flashes on the screen, instead of surfing, get up and take a walk. Reach over and try to touch your toes or do any such simple exercise that will at least get the blood flowing in your veins. 

Fourthly, wriggle your toes and fingers whenever you can. This too is a stress buster and it gives you a chance to at least work your hand and leg joints. This will tell you how sore they are and if their condition is so bad, just think of the rest of your body. 

Lastly; turn on music and dance like wild. Let your hair down once in a while. Go back to the days of wild childhood. Close the door of your room, turn on your sound system to the highest volume possible (but a little lower than the level at which your neighbors start to complain) and then do the wackiest dance that you can think of. Jump on your bed and jump off it again.

Roll all over the floor. Pretend that you are Michael Jackson or Madona or Beyonce (You will never see them keeping still) and do ever boogie move that you know.

President Yoweri Museveni Sworn In For Fifth Term (Photos)

President Yoweri Museveni has been sworn in for the fifth term, this morning in Kampala Uganda. The 71 year old first came into power in January 29th 1986. President Magufuli of Tanzania Republic and President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe are amongst leaders who attended the ceremony.

Museveni was declared winner of the presidential elections with 60.75%. Dr Col.Kizza Besigye of Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) got 35.37%. Former Prime minister, Amama Mbabazi, who challenged the results in the Supreme Court and lost the case, came third with 1.43%.

72 Year Old Indian Woman Gives Birth to Her First Child After 46 Years of Marriage

72 year old Daljinder Kaur gave birth to a boy following two years of IVF treatment and hit out at critics who said she was too old, saying she now felt complete. Mrs Kaur's husband, 79 year old Mohinder Singh Gill admitted yesterday that they tried IVF in a bid to stake a claim in his late father's £500,000 property. 

The couple said they desperately wanted to have a child of their own to complete their family and also to end 40 year legal battle between Mr Gill and his family. 

Ciara Officially Joins Modelling Agency

Ciara has official signed a contract with IMD modeling agency. Mother of one released a statement saying she is super thrilled about partnering with IMD models. However it's not known yet wether the iconic singer is going to quit music and stick to modeling or she will be handling both carriers. Comedian Kinyambe Has Died

Comedian Mohamed Abdallah mostly known as Kinyambe has died. The Tanzanian artist passed away yesternight at Mbeya hospital after a brief illness. Speaking to the media, one of Kinyambe's relatives said the comedian was sick for some time now and he was admitted at Mbeya hospital where he met his death. His family spokesman didn't reveal the diseases he was suffering from. May his soul Rest In Peace.

As more dishonest traders are being nabbed over sugar hoarding, fresh revelations indicate that tens of containers full of sweetener are covertly disappearing from inland container depots. Gatecrashers on the other hand are taking advantage of the current artificial deficit of the commodity, pretending to be security officials out to hunt down hoarders. 

While in Dar Es Salaam a thorough probe has been ordered on over 40 missing containers, four traders in Mwanza are held over the duty game.

Paul Makonda Suspends Service Officer of Ilala Municipality

Dar Es Salaam Commisioner Paul Makonda has suspend Gerac Phus of Ilala municipality due to failure to discover 11 ghost workers whom their respective departments couldn't be determined. May 2, 2016 Paul Makonda asked all Head  of Departments and District Commissioners (DC) of all districts in Dar Es Salaam city to sign contract which required them to provide accurate reports.

However in the third phase investigation Head of Departments and DCs came with a report which said there are 39 ghost workers in Dar Es Salaam city; something which has caused the government a loss of 3.6 billion shillings. 

Departments for the eleven  ghost workers among the 39, were not known something which made Makonda to suspend Gerac Phus who was the Service Officer for Ilala municipality. 

Gardner G. Habash Insults Lady Jay Dee

Gardner G Habash a clouds radio presenter was married to the iconic Tanzanian singer Lady Jay Dee for some years untill recently when they legally divorced. The singer came back with her new song called 'Ndi Ndi Ndi' which majority thinks the lyrics are talking about her difficulty marriage life with Gardner; according to various tabloids in Tanzania Gardner was very unfaithful during their relationship. 

However Gardner was currently asked if he has any problem with his ex wife Lady Jay Dee and he said "I don't have any problem with her, I f****d her for 15 years" (how disrespectful!!!) watch the video after the cut:

Tips For Loosing Weight Healthily

Helo TuPeB readers, how are you doing? I hope you are all having a nice Sunday. Well it's Sunday and as usual am here to give you tips for loosing weight. Let's proceed:

First; if you feel like you can't run, try walking, 15 minutes of brisk walking a day is enough to keep most fit.

Secondly; any distance is walkable if you have the time, so consider walking to places that you would normally drive (Such as work or the market if they're not too far away). It may take you longer, but thr health benefits will last you a lifetime.

Footballer Patrick Ekeng Collapses and Died on the Pitch

Patrick Ekeng collapsed on the pitch yesternight May 6, 2016 at the 70 minutes of the football game between his team Dinamo Bucuresti and Viitorul in Romania. He was pronounced dead two hours laiter after the ambulance took him to the hospital.

Patrick was born on March 26, 1990 and he had start to receive position in Cameroon national team. Unfortunately he left the world too soon aged just 26 years old. Cameron, Africa and the whole World is mourning for an Angel who left too soon. Condolences to his family, friends and fans; May his soul Rest In Peace.
