Kafulila Case Against Parliamental Seat Election Results Postponed

David Kafulila case against Parliamental seat election results has been postponed to 30 November this year. The former MP of South Kigoma constituency lost his battle after the opposition candidate Husna Mwilima won the seat in the general election done 25th October.

The judge in charge of the case in the supreme court, John Utamwa said the defendant, who is now the MP of South Kigoma was not given court request to appear in the case hearing. Therefore he has ordered the defendant to be requested to appear in the court so that the hearing may proceed.
