Speaking to Daily News, the NECTA spokesperson John Nchimbi said the information is false, form four exams results will be released any time from now.
"There have been claims that we have delayed to announce the results for last year’s exams but this is not true. Last year, we announced the results on February 18,” Mr Nchimbi said in the phone interview."
Moverover, John Nchimbi has urged the citizens to ignore the information circulating in the social media because it's not true and it wasnt from them.
For almost a week now unknown people have been circulating information in the social media, which says form four 2015 examination results have been suspended by the Minister of Education, Vocational Training, Science and Technology, Dr Joyce Ndalichako, untill March 8, to allow investigation.
Nevertheless 448,358 candidates expected to sit for Form four national examination between November 2 and 27, 2015. 394,143 were school candidates while 54,115 were private candidates. In schools, 193,082 candidates are boys and 201,161 girls, while 345 among the candidates are those with disability.
