Petra Pazsitka disappeared 1980 when she was 24 and turned up this year when she already 55. As a young woman Pedra was studying computer science, one day she went to visit her dentist and left there to catch a bus at around 3.00pm in the city of Braunchweig German and disappeared.
Since a teenage murder had happen a year before on that same bus stop, people believed she was murded. At the end of March 1985 a carpenter apprentice was arrested for the murder of a teenager and 1987 he confessed to have killed Pedra as well, therefore Pedra was Officialy pronounced dead.
Pedra now lives as Mrs Schneider in Düsseldorf, she ha been living in different cities under a false name and she never got herself new identities. Two weeks ago her flat was burgled and she called Police who discovered her real identity after finding her original identity card identifying her as Pedra in the flat. Now she is refusing to explain what truly happened she only says she wanted nothing to do with her family.
