New Zealand all blacks legend Jonah Lomu has died at age 40 on Wednesday morning, after a long battle with kidney disorder. Jonah Loom was known for his participation in Rugby World Cup, in 1995 he helped New Zealand reach finals in South Africa.
His death news has been confirmed by NZ Rugby chief executive Steve Tew.
'We're all shocked and deeply saddened at the sudden death of Jonah Lomu,' Tew said.
'We're lost for words and our heartfelt sympathies go out to Jonah's family. Jonah was a legend of our game and loved by his many fans both here and around the world.'
He is survived by his wife Nadene and two sons Brayley (6) and Dhyreille (5), in his last interview he said his determination is to make it to his sons 21 birthday. Condolences to his family and friends have been pouring from fans all over the world. May his soul Rest In Peace.
