Chege Chigunda Speaks on Celebrities Tendency of Creating Scandles Just For Publicity

Singer from TMK Family Chege Chigunda, who is currently promoting his new song 'Sweety Sweety' featured Run Town of Nigeria and Uhuru of South Africa; was recently interviewed by Millard Ayo and he spoke on celebrities tendency to create Scandles for themselves just for publicity. 

Nowadays majority of celebrities in the whole world, create scandles for themselves for the purpose of gaining publicity, especially when a celebrity is promoting his/her new work, such as a song, movie etcetera. Here in Tanzania this habit is called "kutengeneza kiki".

Chege Chigunda had the following to say about "kutengeneza kiki", 

"Its a plan, you know every celebrity has his/her own style of introducing his/her new work, some wants to introduce it quietly without any stories.... You will just listen to his/her work, it's just a style and it's not a bad thing if it adds something to his work, if it reduces then it's necessary to search for another style." 

When Chege was asked if he would ever try to create scandle for himself just to gain publicity, Chege said;

"My style will remain the same, I just do my work quietly without a lot of noise and stories, I can't change and be a person of "kutengeneza kiki"...not only me even TMK family we don't have that tendency though it's not a bad thing, it depends how you plan to introduce your work to the market."
