According to the source of information, the theft occurred the day before yesterday after the college closed for Easter holiday. Three security officers detained are responsible for the security of the university and all its properties.
However, the source of this information said even police officers from the central police station in Dodoma region, participated in this theft.
"In this theft, there is one police officer accused by SUMA JKT security officer to have participate in the theft, right now they are making necessary aarangements to arrest him" the annonymous source said
On the other hand UDOM information officer Beatrice Baltazar, confirmed yesterday that some computers were stolen in the college.
"Its true there has been a theft of computers here in the college, I still don't know the exact number of the computers stolen, but there are three SUMA JKT security officers detained by police for interrogation" said Beatrice Baltazar.
Morover Regional Police Commisioner (RPC) of Dodoma region, Mr Lazaro Mambosasa, has also confirm the existence of incidence reports, but he wasn't ready to give more details because he is in leave. However when he was asked if there is a police officer involved in the theft he denied.
"There is no any of our police officer involved in this incident, people responsible for protecting the campus are SUMA JKT security officers and they are the ones detained for further interrogation" said Mr Lazaro.
