Also Minister Angela has suspend the principal of Tanzania public Service College- Dar Es Salaam branch, Joseph Mbwilo and Silvanus Ngata who is the principal of the same college in Tabora branch.
Speaking with journalists today in Dar Es Salaam city Honorauble Angela said. She decided to suspend these workers due to their poor performance.
"From year 2011-2013 Mr Silvanus Ngata increased cost of the building construction in the campus of Mtwara branch different from the budget scheduled. The most astound thing is, Nassoro, who is their boss discovered their mistake and instead of holding them accountable, he transferred Mr Silvanus to Tabora branch. Now I have decided to suspend both of them." said Hon. Angela Kairuki.
"Mr Mbwiro, in the year 2013, he misused fund from students tuition fees, amount of one billion Tanzania Shillings, apart for this embezzlement, Mr Nassoro elected Mr Mbwiro to be acting principal in finance." She added.
When Hon. Kairuki was suspending them, Mr Said Nassoro was in the meeting but he wasn't aware of what would actually happen in the meeting.
