Halo everyone, from now onwards every Sunday I will be giving you few tips on beauty and health life style. Today I will begin by giving you five good tips for loosing weight naturally and healthily. Just a quick reminder please always remember starving yourself will not help you loose weight, rather it will give you diseases like stomach ulcers. Here are the tips:

First drink plenty of water, water is a good product for our bodies because our bodies need a lot of water to stay fit and healthier. Therefore when you drink a lot of water you will help your body flush out toxin and that will make you feel energetic and fitter than ever.

Secondly start your day with a glas of water, as soon as you wake up drink a glass of cool water that way you will need a lesser quantity of your breakfast. You may still have your cup of tea but have it after taking the glass of water.

Thirdly drink a glas of water before you start any meal, water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself. The good thing about water is that it has no any calories at all.

Fourthly have a glass of water while you are having your meal, in other words have a glas of water during meal. Don't drink all of it jus sip a little while you keep on eating your food. That way the food will settle faster and you will rise from the table filling full as usual without eating a lot of food.

Lastly stay away from sweet drinks especially soda, or industrial juices. Remember these drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means more calories. The more you cut out these drinks the more you cut down calories. If you must drink soda then drink diet sodas, but if you can replace soda with water or fresh home made juice.
