President Magufuli Appoints Dr Jim Yonazi as New TSN Managing Director

President Magufuli has appointed Dr Jim James Yonazi as Managing Editor of Tanzania Standard Newspaper Limited (TSN). TheDirectorate of Presidential Communications said in a statement that according to the Chief Secretary, ambassador John Kijazi, the appointment is effective from June 18.


Dr Yonazi was the Director of Knowledge Management at the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) in charge of documentation, ICT and events. He has also served in other posts including Director of Computer Services at Institute of Finance Management (IFM).

He has also worked in various posts locally and internationally as well as participate in in various ICT initiatives in Tanzania and SADC countries.

TSN is responsible for publishing governmental owned newspapers such as Daily News, Sunday News, Habarileo, SpotiLeo and others.
