Dr Leornard also said Henry was found by a passer by driver who called the police at around 12:15AM mid night and reported there was an injured person in the area. According to neighbours around the area where the incident happened; gunshots were heard then a sound of car leaving in a high speed.
"It took some time before the deceased was helped however he was still alive before police were called for help, maybe if the police would be called early enough he couldn't have died because he died in the ambulance as he was taken to the hospital" said Dr Leornard
