Peru Citizens Celebrate Christmass With a Fighting Match

Peru citizens celebrates christmass in a different style, while majority of countries in the world take christmass as a family day and an event to celebrate with loved ones; in Peru Chirstmass is celebrated between enermies.


On Christmass they prepare a show called Tacanacuy meaning Christmass Fighting Festival, were they arrange fights between people who have fished a misunderstanding.  During the fight festival other people also enjoy drinks and dancing, the one who manages to knock down the other is declared winner and their misunderstanding/ conflict end there. What a way to create peace between two enermies!!! Lol!
