Two young female children aged 2 and half years and another 5 year were raped by a gang after being dragged from their home. The mother of the 2.5 year girl said her child was watching TV in the house untill when the power went off and that's when she was dragged from the house and was raped.
Report on NDTV quotes the child's mother as saying, "My girl was watching Ramleela when there was a power cut. That is when they kidnapped her.”
She was later found Uncouncious and bleeding in a nearby park. On the same day another five year old child was found bleeding after being raped by three men, she was also dragged from her home. A police report said
"Her clothes were partially torn with blood spots all over them. Some locals saw her and she told them she was sexually assaulted."
"Some of the locals then barged into the house and caught them (the alleged perpetrators) before handing them over to us."
Both girls suffered injuries with the five year girl suffering bite marks on her body, they are both recovering in the hospital. This attack has happened just a week after four year girl was raped and dumped beside railway tracks in Delhi. Citizens have asked police to do something to improve security because raping to young children is increasing everyday.
