Celine Dion Talks About Her Final Moments With Her Late Husband Renee Charles

Celine Dion opened up about her final moments with her late husband Renee Charles, in an emotional interview with ABC news. The iconic singer said she told her husband to go in peace and not to worry about her and their kids because they will be just fine.
"I started to talk to him and I said, 'You know what? I want you to just go in peace, I want you to not worry. You were worrying for my career, you were worrying for my children."
"Trust me, the kids are fine. I'm fine. We're going to be OK. Please, leave in peace. I don't want you to worry'."

Speaking about her five year old twins, Celine said she has to tell them that their Dad is no more using a scene in their favourite movie 'Up'. Celine explained to them that their Dad has gone up just like how Elie (character in the movie) went up with balloons.
"Before I told them that their dad was not there I talked about when everybody gets sick. Then I said, 'do you remember the movie Up?' It's one of our favourites, and they said, 'Oh yes, Elie went up with the balloons,' and I said 'well, you know, today Papa went up, because Papa was very sick."
"'He didn't have a sore throat, he did not have a belly ache, he didn't have an ear ache, do you remember Papa had a tube in his belly? Do you have a tube in your belly? I don't. That's really really really really sick'."
Celine was also interviewed by People Magazine were she revealed that she wants to be strong for her children therefore she is moving on. However she said she misses her husband a lot but only the time when he was great not when he was extremely suffering.
"I really, really want to prove to my kids their mother is strong.
"René always insisted the show must go on. You know what, I'm 48 years old and I lost the love of my life.
"I miss him a lot from when he was great but not when he was suffering. I cannot be selfish. You have to let people go. I feel at peace."
"He left me with all of his strength. Every day we live with him, just not physically. I'm thankful that he does not suffer anymore."
