Cheryl Fernandez (32) is taking legal action after a picture of her near white substance was posted online by a journalist on Monday. The X factor judge photo was taken inside the toilet of London Colloseum where the star was attending British Fashion Award on Monday evening although it was deleted online after a short while but the star is still concerned. The picture at the reflection of the mirror showed her washing her hands but in front of her and slightly beside her there is three lines of white substance.
According to reports Cherly is totally against drugs and she is known for that so it's not possible that the white substance on the carpet belongs to her, maybe it was left by another guest. However it's not clear yet if the white substance is drugs or just a simple powder soap or anything else
Nevertheless after the picture was posted on Monday, Cherly made a public appearance at BBC radio 1 on Tuesday putting a brave face as always. She also had some quality time with fans, she took selfies with them and signed their autographs. According to reports Cherly lost a friend at 21 due to Heroine overdose therefore she has been against drugs since then.
Therefore Cherly lawyers have provide a legal document to prohibit the publication of the photography. On the other hand Cherly fans took to Twitter to defend her about the picture with many saying there is no way the White substance belonged to her because she is so against it.
