National Health Insurance Fund Has Made a Huge Progress Within Past 10 Years

Director of Medical and Technical Services Dr Franky Lekey talked to reporters and said National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) has made a huge progress within the past ten years under leadership of President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete.

The fund has been able to increase 640,341 contributing members and 3,237,434 beneficiaries. NHIF is an institute started in 1999, responsible to manage health care services provision to its members and their dependants, through different health institutions.
